When you deactivate your TinyURL account, your record remains in our system for at least 30 days. Once it’s permanently removed, you’ll be able to create a new account using the same email address.
If you’d like to reactivate your account, please contact our Helpdesk. After your account is restored, and you still wish to create a new account with the same email address, we recommend updating the email address on your restored account first. You can do this by following the steps here: Can I change my TinyURL email address?
