A branded link may not work due to one of the following reasons:
- Your domain/subdomain was not set up properly with the correct DNS settings (applicable to BYO Domain/Subdomain only)
- Your domain is still propagating. Domain propagation or any changes made to domains DNS records, may take a while to propagate which depends on the TTL (time to live) of the prior domain’s records.
- The domain was purchased through TinyURL and expired due to non-renewal or payment failure during renewal
