CEA 2016-2017 Principal (Administrator) Survey
The following survey is based on the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders.  Using a scale of 1 (not effective) to 5 (very effective), rate your principal or direct supervisor's effectiveness as an educational leader.  For each of the 6 Standards there are between 6-10 detailed questions and 1 overall question.  

You can choose to answer all the questions or just the overall question. The required overall questions are marked with a red asterisk (*).  Optional sub-elements are preceded by (optional).

In addition, for each Standard there is a place where you can write additional comments that pertain to that standard.  Please keep any comments professional and constructive.  Please take the survey only once.  Multiple submissions will result in only the last entry being used.
