RECOMMENDED VENDORS

In case you missed it: Vendors we love

Sifting through the memories

At Mad City Dream Homes we work with all kinds of clients, including people who have lived in their home for 30, 40 and sometimes even 50 years. For these clients, getting ready to sell can be an emotional and sometimes overwhelming experience. They have so many possessions and memories to sift through, and they need so much support.

You may have someone in your life who needs special care as they get ready to sell. We want you to know we are well-prepared to serve them. We can flex our resources within our team to give them the support they need, including plenty of personal attention and hands-on help.

BUYING

Be active,
not passive

"Zillowing" and perusing properties online can be interesting and fun, but it won't necessarily get the job done. A better approach? Partner with professionals who actively work your plan for you.

MARKET UPDATE

A positive trend for new single-family listings

For the first time in a long time, the number of new single-family home listings in Dane County has increased for 3 consecutive months. Yes, these are all very modest increases, but it's a trend in the right direction.

CAREERS

Balancing work and play

We're thankful to work on a team that prioritizes balancing work and life. Here's a shot of our agent Max and his girlfriend Maria on their recent trip to Vietnam.

While Max was gone, our team pitched in to help his clients continue to receive top-notch service. When Max got back, he returned the favor to other agents who had weekend plans.

We love working on our team at Mad City Dream Homes. Click here to learn 10 reasons why you might too.
