Storm Update

Remember to continue monitoring your local weather and the National Hurricane Center (NHC) website for the latest storm information, as well as advisories from the National Weather Service. In an emergency, your first contact should be your local or county Office of Emergency Management (click here to find the link to your County’s Emergency Management Office).

Required FLHealthSTAT Reporting

AHCA is asking providers to log in to FLHealthSTAT and update the requested pre-impact status for your center twice daily (10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST). This includes your center's bed availability and key contact information, including the cell phone numbers for your primary and secondary contacts so that follow up can be done if needed.

For login assistance, call (888) 353-8387 or email flhealthsystems@flhealth.gov.

Helpful Tips

If you haven't already done so, take this opportunity to review your center’s Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, and remind your staff of the importance of personal and family emergency preparedness. Providers may download helpful Hurricane Planning Checklists by clicking here (scroll down to “Checklist”). For additional pre-impact tips, please review our September 5 Email Alert.
