Having finally freed ourselves from the oppressive Silisians, we are still surrounded by remanents of their vile colonial forces, and beset by those misguided who would undo what our people have strived to do. This document has been given to you because your nation has expressed an interest in opening diplomatic relations with our wonderful Empire. For your convienece, we have assembled some statistics on our nation here:

Location
Killikstan offers many beautiful pre-built fortified compounds within the gorgeous costal capital city of Tariq, at very reasonable rental rates. Built inside an exclusive gated community by the former Silisian colonial super-elite, they are of a semi-standard design, and offer:
Secure, 7 foot concrete security fences, with a 12 foot fence surrounding the Embassy District itself.
Steel, electronically operated gates.
A four bedroom house, complete with all amenities, including a small spa area with swimming pool.
A large, appartment-style bunkhouse capable of housing up to fifteen personel, with furthur housing available just outside the embassy gates.
A garage, capable of housing five cars, and an APC sized vehical.
A large, aesthetically stunning embassy building, converted from a former colonial mansion, with kitchen, meeting rooms, and all the expected facilities of a functioning embassy, and a bunkroom/infirmary capable of comfortably bunking ten security personel.
A functioning helicopter pad capable of landing a CH-53 Sea Stallion.
Other locations within the Embassy district are available for construction purposes. Construction will take place only after designs have been approved by the Forgien Ministry, using Killikstani companies, and at the constructing nation's expense. Site rental is a flat $2,000 USD a year.
Staffing and Security
Though both the Embassy District and the capital itself are quite safe from insurgents or invaders, the Killikstani government understand that some nations may be concerned for the security of their embassadors while in our Imperial Republic. Accordingly, we are willing to permit a larger security prescence than many other nations. The following are the maximum considerable limits.
Maximum security personal: 20
Prefered maximum armament: 20 pistols, 10 submachine guns, 5 service rifles.
Maximum permitted embassy staff: 30 non-security.
The Ambassador's family is of course more than welcome in Killikstan, though families of lower ranking diplomats may be required to pay rental fees at one of the appartments in the Embassy District.
Transport
Ambassadors are permitted whatever mode of transport they desire. A small powerboat is provided to shoreline residences and embassies. Military Bell 206 helicopters may be requisitioned when not in need. Embassadors should take note that, if desiring to use an electric car, few electronic filling stations are available, and electricity itself may not be available near the borders.
We request that Ambassadors do not use Armoured Personel Carriers as forms of transportation. Should the need arise, and with the respective government's permission, Imperial Marine helicopters or APCs will deploy to the embassy in an emergency.
Legalities
All embassy staff acting on behalf of their government are exempt from Killikstani law, and held accountable only to their own government. Accordingly, murders or other violent crimes commited in these instances will be seen as acts of outright aggression against Killikstan.
Embassy staff acting of their own accord are as responsible for their own actions as any Killikstani citizen. Some crimes may simply result in deportation, such as smuggling, or non-violent crimes. Murder, rape, and similar serious offenses will always be dealt with in a co-operative, diplomatic fashion with the offender's home government.
