Of the many tasks I have as the Associate Dean for Faculty and Research at NEOMA Business School, few are as thrilling as faculty recruitment. I get to showcase all the excellent work we have recently done to build a great environment for scholars – junior or not – who want to publish academically excellent (for an example, see https://lnkd.in/eJgu7EMQ), impactful research and get to bring to the school great researchers eager to join us in this environment (and to choose the very high quality of life France can offer). After three years of doing this, our project and vision led me to hire more than 60 faculty across all disciplines, and we are NOT showing any sign of slowing down.
