The Strategic Management Group at the Center for Sports & Business is thrilled to announce a call for papers for our upcoming workshop Advancing Management Theory with Sports Data. This event aims to bring together scholars with a special interest in sports who are keen on exploring the potential of sports data over an engaging two-day workshop in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden.

Submission Guidelines:
Submissions should include the title of the paper, authors’ name, institutional affiliation, e-mail address, and phone number
Early idea proposals should be max. 3 pages (double spaced, excl. references and tables) Deadline: March 28, 2024

This workshop is not only an opportunity to present your work but also a platform to engage with a community dedicated to leveraging sports contexts for advancing management theory.
Whether you are working on early idea proposals or full papers, we welcome submissions from all fields of management research using qualitative or quantitative approaches.
Attendance is free for authors of selected papers (one per paper), including conference materials, accommodation for one night, coffee, lunch breaks and a social dinner.
