From broke and broken to a philanthropic multi-entrepreneur.
From trauma survivor to soul searcher and manifesting maven.
From anxious and afraid to badass iron sister.
From midlife standstill to adventurous nomad.
From painful loneliness to embracing blissful solitude.
I changed my life, and so can you.

Sabine is not just a master at helping midlife women reinvent themselves; she's a powerhouse of clarity, confidence, actionable steps, momentum, and success. As a seasoned Business and Life Coach, an engaging bestselling Author and Speaker, a dedicated Podcaster, and a dynamic Multipreneur.

Sabine embodies the spirit of transformation. But that's not all. Sabine also stands tall as a bodybuilder, showcasing her commitment to not just mental and emotional strength but physical prowess as well.

Her mantra, "Clarity changes Minds, changes Lives," is not just a catchphrase; it's a lived experience. Sabine's life story is a testament to the power of a clear mind and a strong mindset.

From navigating the complexities of being a serial entrepreneur to the challenges of raising twins as a single mom, her journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Sabine has faced and overcome daunting hurdles, including personal trauma and a battle with cancer. Each of these experiences has contributed to her transformative journey from victim to victor, allowing her to guide others to flourish and achieve heights they never thought possible.

Her strategy is elegantly simple yet profoundly effective: Sabine believes that success stems from clarity and the right mindset. She views feelings as a superpower and dismisses fear as having no vote in our life choices. To her, failure is not an option, and external circumstances should not dictate our potential. This philosophy has been the cornerstone of her personal success story, balancing the demanding roles of motherhood with the exhilarating challenges of entrepreneurship.

Sabine's approach goes beyond conventional coaching. She builds emotional intelligence and fosters a growth mindset, enabling holistic success and, more importantly, lasting happiness. She firmly believes that each person possesses an inherent potential for greatness.

Michael Cinicollo survived a life-threatening motorcycle accident at the age of 23. His arm was nearly amputated, he was told he would never walk again, and he fractured his skull. For the next three decades, Michael led a sedentary lifestyle. Now, at 61, he teaches yoga and credits his practice with helping him wean off pain medications, regain strength, and ultimately, lose weight and improve his overall health.
