She-OUCH! Jameela Jamil Pulled a “Muscle In My A**hole” Doing Own Stunts on ‘She-Hulk’

Jameela Jamil isn’t holding back when it comes to talking about her strenuous role in the new Disney+ series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. In fact, she even admitted to pulling a muscle in a pretty unsettling place while filming her stunts.

When discussing the stunt work her character is involved in within the series, the comedian and actress told Entertainment Tonight that it was all her.

“Oh, I did it all! I did it all,” Jamil said. “I was hurting in a place that I really didn’t know exists.”

She continued, “Like, you’ll probably have to bleep this out, but I pulled a muscle in my asshole. I didn’t know that was possible!”

Jamil, who plays Titania, the social media influencer (with super-strength) rival to Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk, told the outlet she learned “jiu-jitsu and kung fu and combat in the air” to prep for her role.

“I don’t know how much of it ever gets to make it to the big screen, because CGI is bonkers,” she said. “But I got to do all my stunts pretty much myself! And that was something I’ve never done before, because I’m the ultimate couch potato. I am just a puddle with bangs.”

Is This the ‘She-Hulk’ Stunt That Nearly Broke Jameela Jamil’s a**Hole?

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law follows Maslany as Jennifer Waters, a lawyer in her thirties who becomes a 6-foot, 7-inch green superhero (She-Hulk) after her blood gets contaminated with her cousin, Bruce Banner. Mark Ruffalo, the original Hulk, even makes a guest appearance in the show, with Jamil saying, “he made it feel like we were just rehearsing for a school play, it felt so fun, so free.”

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premieres Aug. 18 on Disney+.
