THE ROLE
A junior solicitor with strong commercial contracts experience is now sought to join the global legal team to provide legal support to commercial and operations.
Your role will include maintaining and updating standard customer contracts and the preparation and negotiation of both lower value and higher value complex contracts with suppliers and customers.
You will also support the marketing team with customer communications, and work with external law firms.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer at the NQ-3pqe level, you must demonstrate a solid track record and excellent technical and negotiation skills.
You will ideally have knowledge of a second European language.
Some experience of working with one or more of the following areas would be ideal: payments sector, financial services, software/fintech, commercial contracts and e-commerce.
