Getting engaged is a pretty big moment in a person's life and it's certainly one you'll want to cherish and remember forever.
And what better way to remember the special occasion than with a decoration, carved to look just like the time your loved one got down on one knee?
One woman decided to make just this for her child and their partner, thinking she was doing something lovely for the couple.
But the sweet gift ended up having a rather rude and very awkward design flaw.
A snap of the cheeky gift was shared on the Instagram page Awkward Family Photos, where it has garnered over 23,200 likes.
The post was captioned: "My mother-in-law thought it was a good idea to get a sculpture of this beautiful moment."
They then posted a photo of the proposal itself, which looks like something straight out of a rom-com and next to it an image of the 'sculpture'.
It seems the creator has done a bit of a botch job when carving the man's arm as he bends down on one knee.
The questionable placement of his arm makes it look like something else - if you catch my drift.
And people were very quick to point this out in the photo's comments, with many having a good laugh over the shocking design.
One person said: "Well, this is unfortunate."
Another wrote: "I didn't see it at first but omg."
A third added: "Cut off the hand and it's cute."
"Well damn I bet she said yes," joked someone else.
"An indecent proposal," commented a fifth.
A different user added: "She's gasping at the sight of that... engagement ring."
