Hi,

I see that in the examples for HVX from the installation i see the assembly program was written in the way below.

 

   { sIn0 = VMEM(iptr0++#1)                        //[1]
      sS4v0 = sS4v1                                 //[1]
      sSumo.h = VADD(sSumo.h,sX6.h)                 //[2]
      sS4d = VALIGN(sS4v1,sS4v0,#2)                 //[2]
    }
 
what does the comment //[1] or //[2] signify.
 
Any clarification would be appreciated.
