Brass Straight line capper. The body of this capper is made from heavier gauge brass and the track is designed to keep the caps upright preventing them tipping over and jamming. Spring jaws allow positive grip on the cap. Works on most rifles, revolvers and shotguns.

The capper is nice but it does not work in the 1858 Remington all that well. Search internet and you will find that opening the nipple window to 5/16 with a milling machine or dremel tool is a common modification to allow this capper to be used. So I rate the capper good but it does not play well with the 1858 remington

Not Quite There
High quality, but it has what I consider a design flaw. The size and location of the steel spring prevents the last three caps from being pushed forward and into the tongs which hold it ready to be placed on a nipple, effectively reducing the capacity of the capper by three.
