Free Custom-Built Website With A Built-in Revenue Stream

Here's the deal...

I've been teaching people how to earn a living over the internet for over 22 years now.

For example, since I live near Destin, Florida, I might build a site that targets the term "Destin Plastic Surgeon" or "Destin Cosmetic Surgeon." I'd build a “directory-style” site that targets this term, rank it on the first page of Google (which is very easy to do when you know how), then offer that site for rent to a plastic surgeon in or near Destin for from $100 to $1000 per month.

Each new client that a plastic surgeon gets is easily worth several thousand dollars. So, if the site that I build generates just 1 or 2 new clients per month, then this is one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising that they can do. It's MUCH cheaper and less risky that many other forms of advertising that they are probably doing... and they can also easily track exactly where their new clients are coming from.

This plastic surgeon will happily pay the rent on this site month-after-month because they know that when/if they choose not to, then I can simply rent the site (and send customers) to one of their competitors.

Anyway, a site like this can easily target hundreds of very profitable terms in thousands of locations. I just used plastic surgeon in Destin as an example. Also, you can target any term and any city in the world... the city doesn't have to be anywhere near you!

What I'm going to do is build one of these sites for YOU, help you to get a renter, and then turn the site completely over to you.  So, I'm basically going to do everything FOR you.

At that point, all that you need to do is check your Paypal account or bank account each month to confirm that your "virtual tenant" paid his rent :-)
