THE ROLE
In a team which focusses on healthcare regulatory work, advising health and social care providers in both the public and independent sector.
The work will involve a mix of legislative interpretation; advisory work on compliance requirements; drafting challenges to regulatory decisions; representation in Tribunal appeals and regulatory prosecutions; carrying out governance reviews; conducting due diligence exercises; and interfacing with commercial colleagues on input into restructuring advice.
In addition, you will support the work of the wider Health, Care and Regulatory team in relation to healthcare advisory work, inquests and Court of Protection matters.
ABOUT YOU
A solicitor NQ-5pqe you will ideally have experience of:
-working on CQC / Ofsted regulatory matters, advising clients on registration, compliance and enforcement issues.
-advising on regulatory issues that arise in commercial transactions within the independent health and social care sector.
The firm is able to offer a high degree of self-determination around how you work your week and operates a hybrid working model based on the needs of clients.
