1. Personal presence of the person whose salary certificate is to be attested.

2. Applicant's valid passport in original and copy (first / last and valid visa page).

3. Salary certificate, in original and a photocopy.

4. If Salary is less than AED10,000/- , then affidavit can be issued. Please bring labour contract & Bank statement to issue affidavit on the basis of Salary Certificate. (In this case Ministry of Foreign Affairs, U.A.E  attestation not required. )
