Forbes Blockchain 50 Questionnaire
We are looking to identify the biggest companies across the globe that use blockchain/distributed ledger technology to drive new growth, streamline business processes, eliminate inefficiencies, improve product tracking and safety, reduce fraud and protect data.

Criteria for Eligibility: Companies must have at least $1 billion in revenues or $1 billion in crypto-assets under management or be valued at $1 billion or more. Companies with live blockchain applications will be prioritized.
