When scoring candidates, there will be nuances in how they respond to the questions - and that's okay! The rubric scoring system will guide and encourage you to use your best judgment when evaluating candidate responses. There may not be answers that perfectly align to the 1 (low), 3, or 5 (high) metric, so scoring candidate responses as a 2 or 4 is acceptable.
