    En el artículo se intenta proporcionar una definición operativa, también se presentan algunos condicionantes que nos ayudan a seleccionar al estudio de caso como la estrategia de investigación, en cualquier ámbito, dando así un lugar de importancia en el mundo científico. Cuando un fenómeno como investigadores nos lleva a realizar un estudio profundo del mismo uno de los métodos ideales que se adapta, a este criterio es el estudio de caso. Es un método en el cual se encontrará la forma más profunda de llegar a la esencia de fenómeno, dando a la luz todo cuanto encontremos del mismo dando así un panorama real del objeto o situación que estamos investigando. En este material damos a conocer como es el proceso de este método del estudio de caso como ir implementando de forma gradual y teniendo en cuenta la rigurosidad que ella representa.

    The article attempts to provide an operational definition, also are some conditions that help us select the case study as research strategy, in any area, thus giving an important place in the scientific world. When a phenomenon as researchers leads us to make a thorough study of it one of the ideal methods to fit, this criterion is the case study. It is a method in which you will find the deepest form of getting to the essence of phenomenon, giving light all that we find the same giving a true picture of the object or situation we are investigating. In this material we present how the process of this case study method as implemented gradually go and taking into account the rigor it represents.
