THE ROLES
Two new strategic hires are now required for commercial property lawyers ideally from top 20 law firms, to work for a busy partner.
This is an exciting time for the team as it looks to continue to provide a bespoke service to longstanding clients and further cement and expand its relationship with them.

A Senior Associate 6pqe+, the firm will consider someone looking for a 4 day a week role or a full time 5 day a week position
You will form a three lawyer team to work specifically with one occupier client.
This role will involve complex work and requires someone who will build a long lasting relationship with the client, including business development and ideally introducing further work from them
Able to operate relatively independently, there will be a heavy focus on development work in particular (comprising mainly pre-let work and advising on portfolio arrangements in particular)

An Associate/Senior Associate with 4–6pqe, this is a full time role which will also involve development work, but other areas too including financing, landlord pre-lets, acquisitions for site developments and other generalist work.
The clients have a focus on development with an institutional angle.
