Kentucky Board of Education to hold virtual special meeting on Sept. 21

(FRANKFORT, KY) – The Kentucky Board of Education (KBE) will hold a virtual special meeting on Sept. 21 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

The KBE has statutory authority to manage all common or public schools in the state, and all programs operated in such schools. 

This meeting will be held via video teleconference. Members of the public may watch the meeting in the EEC Training Room C at the Kentucky Department of Education, 300 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601.

Visitors will be required to wear a face covering or will not be permitted in the building. If a visitor does not have a face covering upon arrival, a face covering will be provided. A livestream of the meeting will be available on the KDE Media Portal.
