Hi. I am using a QCA9377 chipset in my custom designed board. I need some clarifications regarding monitor mode support available with the chipset. Can anyone help clarify my doubts below?

1. Does QCA9377 suppport monitor mode over SDIO, PCI and USB or is it limited to specific interfaces?

2. Are there any firmware dependencies to enable monitor mode?

Hi Sivaraj,
Apologies for delayed response. The notifications for this forum had stopped working and I wasn't receiving the mails for new threads.

The currently available QCA9377 software can support Monitor Mode with SDIO and USB interface only.

The default SDK that is provided at qualcomm.com has Monitor mode support. https://www.qualcomm.com/products/qca9377/software
It supports SDIO interface only.

You can contact Sales Team to get access to USB code as well. https://assets.qualcomm.com/contact-sales-iot.html

Thanks.
