The CPMR Intermediterranean Commission (IMC) is looking for a Project & Policy Officer to support the team and the implementation of Interreg MED projects.

The position will also foresee the support to the related CPMR-IMC day-to-day activities.

JOB TITLE Project Officer at the CPMR Intermediterranean Commission under VIE contract[1] (French International Internship Programme)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB The Project Officer will be working in the framework of the Intermediterranean Commission and its team, particularly supporting the implementation of Interreg MED projects. The position will also foresee the support to the related CPMR-IMC day-to-day activities.
EMPLOYEE’S POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION Project Officer
PROFILE 1-2 years minimum experience in EU cooperation projects/programmes (experience or knowledge related to EU cooperation/Interreg MED projects; environment/sustainable tourism). Skilled, autonomous and very dynamic person with high predisposition to teamwork in a multilingual context.
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT 6 months (possibility to be extended once for 6 additional months)
LOCATION Barcelona or Brussels (or smartworking depending on sanitary situation)
TYPE OF CONTRACT 6 months fixed term V.I.E contract specifically linked to the implementation of the EU projects that the position will support. Ideal start: January 2022.
GROSS ANNUAL SALARY Refer to V.I.E provisions
REPORTING ARRANGEMENTS This position reports to the Executive Secretary of the Intermediterranean Commission of the CPMR and in coordination with the Senior EU Programmes Officer.
