Quality Educator Payment Deadline is Approaching
The December 1st deadline for Quality Educator Payment is coming up! Administrators, remember to let us know if you have a new teacher so we can add them to the hired list. Email cert@mt.gov with “New Hire” in the subject line and include the name and SEID number of the teacher. Also, please check in with your new hires to ensure they have submitted all components of their application. Applicants can access their files by logging into MSEIS to check for any remaining deficiencies.
A few licensure reminders for your applicants:
- Applications are not evaluated by licensure specialists until all document deficiencies are removed from their application. We are encouraging applicants to upload all the documents they can using the new MSEIS upload feature.
- When applicants log into their license record in MSEIS, they should look at the Deficiencies For Selected License section to see which documents are still deficient to complete their license application. - Applicants need to sign into their MSEIS record for updates on their application before they send an email or call the OPI.
