    Who the heck would give this book a one and not even give a review!
    This book is awesome! I have a section to write my own recipes or tib bits to the current recipes. Everything in the ingredients like Tony’s, Blue Runner Beans, dry roux, and jambalaya mix can be ordered on Amazon. I can’t wait to try the BBQ shrimp. I may venture with my family to New Orleans at an AB&B to get seasoning and fresh seafood. I really enjoyed the photos and I curious if I went to the authors home if she would take me hunting?
