XFX has listed a brand new and high-end variant of its Radeon RX 7900 XTX GPU, the Phoenix Nirvana, over at JD.com. The company has only shown the full card in teasers but various GPU details such as cooling capabilities and PCB have been mentioned. The cooling solution comes in the form of the Ghost Thermal 4.0 design which features 216 aluminum fins, eight 6mm copper heat pipes, and a large vacuum vapor chamber baseplate that covers the GPU and the VRAM modules.

The vapor chamber has a surface area of 62,586mm2 and a full thermal conductivity rated at 15,000 W/mk. The whole heatsink has a surface area of 10,603,980mm2.

Furthermore, XFX is using Honeywell's PTM 7950 thermal pad over the GPU which provides a thermal conductivity of 8.5W/mk. As for the graphics card PCB, the XFX Radeon RX 7900 XTX Phoenix Nirvana comes rocking with a 14+2+1 phase design which is powered by a triple 8-pin connector interface.

We also get a few glimpses of the backplate and the side of the card which is entirely covered in matte black color and based on the rear I/O picture, this card will be a quad-slot juggernaut. Display outputs will include triple DP2.1 and a single HDMI port.

The card will measure 346x132x68 mm which is bigger than XFX's existing flagship, the Radeon RX 7900 XTX Speedster MERC310, which measures 344x128x57mm.

Currently, there's no information on the launch date but it should be released next month (May) and the price is suggested around 7719 RMB or $1065 US. It is unknown if the card will be limited to Asian markets or hit global retail shelves too.
