(FRANKFORT, KY) – The Kentucky Board of Education (KBE) will hold a special meeting on Aug. 12 at 11:30 a.m. ET. The meeting will be held via video teleconference.
The KBE has statutory authority to manage all common or public schools in the Commonwealth, and all programs operated in such schools.
Even though the meeting will be held via video teleconference, members of the public may watch the meeting in State Board Room 514 at the Kentucky Department of Education, 300 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601.
Visitors will be required to wear a face covering or will not be permitted in the building. If a visitor does not have a face covering upon arrival, a face covering will be provided. A livestream of the meeting will be available on the KDE Media Portal.
