FORM A - YDS Membership Application
Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in joining the Young Diplomats Society!

This application is for students wishing to join the YDS. Applicants should currently be studying in Secondary 3 to IB Year 6.

This entire application form should take you around 5 minutes to complete. Please fill in ALL relevant details below.

YDS Training for all students will be held every Thursday from 4pm to 5.30pm at the Humanities Room (unless otherwise stated)

Members will informed of all updates via the YDS Teams channel.

By registering for YDS, you have agreed to fulfil all commitments of a member as stated in the Code of Conduct.
