LOS ANGELES – A new web-based software service called GoFreight is looking to enable greater digitalization for freight forwarders.

Developed by Hard Core Technologies, the tool was rated among 2019’s 15 most-promising tech start-ups by StartUpCity.com.

GoFreight is designed to help logistics players book, track, pay, and finance shipments with just one tool. According to the company, freight forwarders are fragmented as a sector, making it tough for tech companies to invest in solutions for them. There are many legacy software in the market, but require clients to buy a new version whenever they introduce new features.

GoFreight pitches itself as an all-in-one solution for all process-related work in a freight forwarder’s office. A smooth user interface allows users to manage complex processes and workflow. They can access real-time biz-intelligence and stats from all branches and also eliminate the scope for financial frauds.

The tool’s customer portal enables the freight industry to access shipment information in real-time on their mobiles and laptops, send direct messages to their clients, and provide online quotes.

But the most salient feature of GoFreight is its applicability to freight forwarders of all sizes, whether they have one user or more than 1,500.
