My career in public education began in 2007. Before that time, I was a trainer in the banking industry and traveled across the southern states interviewing and recruiting college graduates. While I greatly enjoyed this position, I knew that my heart was being lead to public education.

To date, in my public education career, I have been blessed to teach Kindergarten, First grade, Third grade, and Fifth grade.

My passion is solid, engaging classroom instruction and curriculum. In 2017 I stepped out of the classroom to become an Instructional Coach and Campus Administrator.

This school year, I made a leap into secondary education in order to grow my professional knowledge. So far, I am loving middle school life!

Outside of school, my husband and I have been blessed with three beautiful children (and one super adorable Aussiedoodle).
