Present the plan of your proposal in points, assigning the amount of time to its individual parts
How long it takes to deliver your speech? *
Specify the time for anticipated activity (remember that in the case of a lecture in time, questions and answers are asked)
Special needs and other remarks *
Describe additional needs (flipchart availability, the ability to connect equipment to the sound system etc.)
