Five staffers reportedly quit after Tom Cruise launches another rant

Five staffers on Tom Cruise’s new movie have quit, apparently feeling it was mission impossible to continue working for him after he launched a second rant on set, according to a report.

The 58-year-old actor went on another tirade Tuesday night as news of his first expletive-laced meltdown emerged, the Sun reported.

“The first outburst was big but things haven’t calmed since. Tension has been building for months and this was the final straw. Since it became public, there has been more anger and several staff have walked,” a source told the UK outlet.

“But Tom just can’t take any more after all the lengths they have gone to just to keep filming at all. He’s upset others aren’t taking it as seriously as him. In the end, he’s the one who carries the can,” the source added.

News of the departures comes after the “Mission: Impossible 7” star was captured tearing into his crew in a full-throated, F-word-laden attack at the Warner Bros. Studios in Hertfordshire.

The “Top Gun” megastar was reportedly furious that two crew members violated COVID-19 safety protocols while he has been working behind the scenes to enforce strict social-distancing rules.

“If I see you do it again, you’re f—ing gone! And if anyone in this crew does it, that’s it — and you too and you too! And you, don’t you ever f—ing do it again!” Cruise was heard yelling in a leaked audio clip from the Sun.

In October, the actor held crisis talks with director Christopher McQuarrie days after a dozen people on set in Italy were said to have tested positive for the killer bug, the outlet reported.

The Post has reached out to Cruise’s reps for comment about the latest reported outburst.
