Application Rate Recommendations for Aphidius colemani/ervi:

• Preventative: 1-2 per square foot.
• Moderate Infestation: 5-10 per square foot.
• Heavy Infestation: 10-20 per square foot.

Optimum conditions for use in biological control are daytime temperatures of 64-77°F (18-25°C) and relative humidity of 60-80%. Aphidius species is not affected by short-day induced diapause, so it can be used all year long.

How-To Use Aphidius colemani/ervi For Best Results:

• Aphidius colemani/ervi should be released as soon as possible after the first aphids are detected.
• The best time to release Aphidius colemani/ervi is when aphids are present in low numbers.
• Aphidius colemani/ervi should be released in the early morning or late afternoon when temperatures are cooler.
• Aphidius colemani/ervi should be released at the base of plants where aphids are present.
• Aphidius colemani/ervi should be released weekly until aphids are no longer present.
