Here's what to expect the evening of the event:

VIP Reception

5 - 6:30 pm

Upon check-in, Sponsors and VIP ticket holders receive their goodie bags, drink tickets, and programs, will be seated at a shared VIP or private Sponsor table for the evening, and are encouraged to enjoy:

  • Exclusive VIP Reception from
    5 pm - 6:30 pm before the main event. Enjoy food and drink, mingle with musicians, event hosts, and volunteers, win fabulous prizes playing Beatles PLINKO! and more!

  • Reserved seating at a shared VIP Table for the evening

  • VIP Goodie Bag!

MAIN EVENT

7 pm - 11 am
(doors open at 6:30 pm)

Pre-order General Admission ticket holders check in upon arrival. All other guests pay $25 at the door. During this portion of the evening, all guests are encouraged to enjoy:

  • the music of The Beatles, performed by talented local musicians

  • opportunity to further support the local hunger relief efforts of Lakewood Charitable Assistance Corporation (LCAC) and Lakewood Community Services Center (LCSC) via tabletop QR code

  • full bar and excellent dining options

  • amazing raffle giveaways and more!
