Natalie (or Nat!) Lee is a Senior Executive Assistant and EA Manager at Atlassian. She spends her work days supercharging her leaders and teammates with her GSD attitude and her innate ability to bring people together for a common purpose. Although her career started off in HR, Nat has found her home in the Executive Assistant community and has a passion for sharing her story, both personally and professionally, with the intention of helping others establish two-way partnerships and friendships with imposter syndrome. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and sports fan - most often, she's rooting for the Washington Commanders, Denver Nuggets, or Colorado Avalanche!

Kristine has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff in several industries including aerospace, manufacturing and software. She is currently an EA to the Head of Engineering for Transformations, Operations and Platform at Atlassian. Her career started off as a receptionist many years ago and she worked her way up to operating as a Chief of Staff for C-level leaders. She strongly believes in advocating for other Chiefs of Staff and EA’s to make sure they understand their value in the workplace.

You’ll benefit from listening to this series, especially Episode #8 - 5 Things To Invest In If You Want to Stand Out During The Job Search As An Executive Assistant / Administrative Business Partner!
Regardless of your current employment status, the practical, holistic guidance offered by Mallory is clearly presented and much more than standard advice about resume wording. The episode covers a lot of ground, but one part that differentiated it from other advice on this topic is Mallory’s prioritization of practical self care and ownership of one’s outlook and impact on others. Always direct and helpful, there are many suggestions for actions you can take today.

Interesting topic - needs more refinement
So let me preface this by saying that based on the lack of new podcasts- I think this might already on its way out.
I hope that she’s achieved her goal of this podcast (to prove herself to the admin community both inside and outside of Google). And I appreciate that she’s invested in showcasing the ways that admins are underrated and undervalued in todays society.
However, please invest in some good audio equipment. Take the time to edit out and improve the sound quality.
Feature shorter episodes that also query people’s questions who work in admin and how to deal with the day to day struggles that admin deal. A lot of potential but falls just short of the mark of something that I would recommend.
