The Teach Well Alliance is concerned about the numbers of teachers from Early Years to Further Education leaving the profession. Although each school has information about its own staff who leave teaching, data is not collected nationally. The Teach Well Alliance is seeking to fill that gap by collecting and publishing this data. By understanding the reasons why teachers leave the profession, we can better address the causes. This survey is anonymous. No personal information is collected which will identify you or your school.
