Richard's House - Tiny Victories 2.0
Donation protected
The Risinger Build team is honored and humbled to be a small part of Community First Village's Phase 2.0 -- building one of the first few of ultimately two hundred homes. This house -- designed with Richard's input by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture -- is one of the winning designs resulting from the Tiny Victories 2.0 architectural design competition.
In these final weeks before the start of construction, we are working closely with the design team at MHOA to conduct constructibility analyses and provide value engineering -- with the goal of a maximally efficient structure, materials, and construction budget. This home will be the prototype for four additional homes bearing this MHOA design.
While ML&FCFV does provide partial funding for construction materials, additional resources are needed to complete the project. We are endeavoring to secure donated materials and labor where possible. McCoy's Lumber is graciously providing deep discounts on lumber and other building materials. We have an electrician on board, donating his services and materials. Equitone has agreed to donate their [linea] exterior rain screen cladding material. We're working on others, but we need your help.
These architectural renderings were produced by the architects at Michael Hsu Office of Architecture as part of their Tiny Victories 2.0 Design Competition submission.
