We invite the teens of Germantown Jewish Centre, Jewish Children's Folkshul, and Mishkan Shalom to come together as we form a new Tri-Shul Youth Group. Our kick-off event will be Rock Climbing and Team Building at Philadelphia Rock Gym in East Falls, Philadelphia. This is a great opportunity for our teens to bring their friends, make some new ones, and have a rockin' time!

All sections of this form must be completed in order to attend the event.
