FADSS Hurricane Michael Relief

Donation protected
Hurricane Michael has severely impacted more than 8 Florida school districts in Florida’s Panhandle and Big Bend Region – several of those with significant damage. The devastation of Hurricane Michael will be felt for many days, weeks, months and beyond.

THE REBUILDING WILL BE A LONG AND DIFFICULT PROCESS, AND FADSS WELCOMES YOUR HELP!

Michael made landfall on Wednesday, October 10 in the Panhandle as a Category 4 hurricane with 155-mph winds. When measured by its barometric pressure, Michael was the third-strongest hurricane to make landfall in the USA.

The Florida Association of District School Superintendents (FADSS), which is located in Tallahassee is raising funds to directly go to the impacted school districts to assist their school communities in rebuilding after this devastating storm. FADSS is a non-profit organization that represents the 67 district school superintendents in Florida serving more than 2.8 million public school students.

Please donate what you can as we work together to help the students, teachers, employees, district staff and their communities begin the rebuilding process!

Your donation can and will make a difference!
