      We have been trying to reach Trustpilot regarding our business account Since August 2023! They have been sending us Automated emails saying that they will respond in 5 working days. None of the reviews they post are even credible. They pick and choose which reviews are valid and they remove a lot of the reviews. Our clients have left positive reviews in the past and they flagged them and removed them from our business page for no reason. The email below has been sent to us numerous times after trying to contact them about some issues. Hi,#******** Were just following up on your recent inquiry to Trustpilot's Content Integrity Team.We're sorry we haven't gotten back to you yet, we aim to get a full response to you as quickly as possible, but due to current volumes, this may take up to 5 more working days.       I have posted a factual review about Toptal on Trustpilot on 01/12/2024 that was removed. Toptal flagged my review on 01/15/2024 as they didnt think it was based on a genuine experience. I provided proof my experience was genuine and Trustpilot reinstated my review. Toptal flagged my review a second time on 01/30/2034 and pretended I have breached Trustpilot policy as its according to them an employment experience. I am not employed by Toptal and never been a contractor at Toptal. I have explained to Trustpilot that I have filled a form on their website to join their freelance network but didnt even go through their screen process as I was put on their waiting list twice. Filling a form doesnt make me a Toptal employee and I have therefore not breach their policy. Trustpilot still sides with Toptal and refuses to reinstate my review.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I have already contacted your so-called "integrity" team. I have sent an email on January 30th, February 2nd, February 5th, February 10th and 12th. They have refused to reinstate my review. They argued "employment-based" experience are not allowed on your website even though I'm not a Toptal employee. It's not the first time Toptal is trying to get my review removed. They tried to get it removed on January 15th and I sent proof to your team my review is authentic. Your team argues my review goes against your policy but surprisingly I have left a negative review to a Toptal competitor and this one hasn't been deemed an "employment-based experience". It's obvious the only reason you have removed my review is because Toptal doesn't want bad publicity and has asked you to remove it.

      you guys allow scammers to post reviews, also if anyone post a review or any company the company can easily just ask you guys to remove it, had it happen a few times where my account got locked out i also asked a friend of mine to create a account and post about the same company because we used the same software and his account got locked ************************** is full of fake reviews and any bad reviews are easily removed by the business THIS SHOULD GET FIXED

      ************** is removing players genuine one star reviews. Casinorewards.com has had over 80% negative reviews well over a year straight.Every time I post a genuine one-star review about this company it is flagged by ************** and removed. Every single day casino rewards being that they have the technology to create fake accounts they are posting five star fake reviews for themselves every single day to try to boost their ratings, and ************** knows this and is letting it happen. I have personally flagged some of these reviews and ************** will not do anything about it. I post my genuine reviews and it is taken down ASAP. I don't understand how a site like ************** can be so corrupt. I'm not sure if somebody in ************** owns a share in casino rewards or if they're accepting payouts to let this kind of corruption take place but they really need to be fully investigated because it does not take an idiot to know that they have had negative reviews for well over one year straight and all of a sudden this fake five star reviews are popping up every single day and I can assure you the casino rewards is the biggest corrupt casino that is on line. I recommend that ************** is taken down off the website because this is the only review site that they have online that we as players are able to leave a review to save other players from being robbed of their hard earned money yet ************** it's flagging these reviews and removing them. And this is 100% corruption this is organized crime and it really has to be looked into because there's a shame that just pilot.com is claiming that casino rewards is a trusted casino with a five-star rating and that is absolutely a lie. You can see for yourself if you log in it's 80% bad reviews but the reviews that are posted that are false is making sure it doesn't hit to 100% thanks to **************.

       I do not expect this explanation. They are removing genuine reviews such as mine. I have a friend that also plays in #casinorewards.com and their review was flagged and removed too. #************** is allowing fake five star reviews to continue to be posted, and continue to stay up, knowing not only they are fake, they are written by casino rewards, but I have flagged the fake reviews and nothing has been done to remove them. This tells me that casino rewards is paying one off the employees at trustpilot to allow this fraudulent corruption to take place. #trustpilot should be thoroughly investigated for these claims of corruption.

Exact same location.. and that is actually not even an address ******************************* none of the products that were ordered were delivered. None of the emails were returned. I'm a real person and I feel like it's discrimination. These idiots removed my comment but left the fake comments up. You guys removed genuine comments and leave the fake ones I don't get it.       Trustpilot.com helped post this nasty review of our business:"I was scammed by ********************* was scammed by *************************** Photography. I hired ****** for some Aerial photography and real estate photography. ****************** started out very pleasantly but that all ended after paying him. The photos came out looking like they came from an amateur photographer. I spent time taking example photos of the angels I wanted with my phone. Not only did *************************** take the wrong angles but my photos looked better than his! I originally found him and hired ****** off of ***** and left a bad review, but they never published the review."Date of experience: October 04, 2023 Reply Reply from Morganhowarth A day ago We have never worked with "***". We did not photograph anything or any project on October 4, 2023. We do not do **** estate photography. We only shoot for architects, builders, and interior designers directly. This is a fake review.       I write concerning Trustpilot's deceptive review practices and their potential harm to consumers and fair competition in the marketplace. While I understand the BBB may not be able to address all consumer complaints, I believe my issue falls within your scope due to the following: 1. Misleading Consumers and Distorting Marketplace Information: Trustpilot heavily advertises itself as a platform for "trusted consumer reviews with a commitment to transparency." However my experience directly contradicts this. My factual review was unjustly removed with no clear explanation or evidence. The average star rating is skewed misleading consumers and a lack of transparency creates an unfair advantage for businesses with manipulated and false positive reviews regardless of actual performance. The low number of reviews demonstrates arbitrary discrimination of the reviews presented. Consumers rely on accurate & diverse reviews to make informed decisions and Trustpilot's practices actively hinder this. 2. Unfair Business Practices Affecting the Marketplace: Trustpilot's tiered pricing structure favors businesses willing to pay more for increased review ************************ potential. This creates an uneven playing field where businesses can manipulate consumer perception and gain an unfair competitive advantage ultimately harming honest competitors and misleading consumers. A partnership with "Coalition for ********************* known for suppressing negative feedback further contradicts the alleged commitment to neutrality. 3. Anti *************** Privacy: Trustpilot's demand for "proof" of my experience is unnecessary, intrusive and raises potential data privacy concerns. This practice discourages honest feedback and is adverse to consumer rights especially under California's CCPA. The lack of a transparent review process creates an atmosphere of distrust and uncertainty for consumers leaving them unsure of the legitimacy of its reviews. In sum we cant trust Trustpilot.

      Trust Pilot is a website online that thousands have been relying on. The fact is that it allows for any review and posts reviews of businesses that are known scams and have legal actions against them. Citizens believe they can 'trust' the reviews here but this site does not fact check or verify and uses misleading advertising with 'checkmarks' and 'trust'. One example of many is a site they rate highly that is a listed scam business that steals money and information from low cost sale items luring people in. That is a business registered in ***** with a website domain hosted in ****** and drop ship items for ******* yet Trust Pilot highly rates their fake reviews. They should be taking steps to ensure their viewers aren't scammed. Another example is a website I paid to access for investments that took my money and cancelled my account but emailed me to offer me my account back free of charge if I gave them a review on trust pilot. Of course if I wanted my $100 back I'd do the review so again another company coercing people into positive reviews.
