I just got a job offer today and my start date would be april 22nd, i already have planned and booked the tickets for a vacation this may 23rd to june 17th. How will i negotiate it and tell them about it? Is it going to be a bad precedent of me if I just got started then get a time off very soon. I am worried if they will withdraw the offer from me.

What's the general consensus of working at Capital One in McLean? Comp seems low given how expensive the area is but does the culture, benefits, opportunities, etc outweigh the comp? Does it hold weight in applying for future roles? Also, can anyone give insight into the finance/accounting online pre-assessment?
