Great treadmill but needed lubricant as soon as I got it. I ran the first 50 miles and started to hear this scraping noice. Great that you can use it without ifit too.

Assembly instructions are very good. Took me about 5 hours to do by myself. Treadmill is very sturdy. I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks & still so many programs to try. Delivery was on time also.

Perfect. I little noises while I use but everything is good.

IFit is a nightmare. Don’t buy. One issue after another. I missed my whole “free” 30 day trial because I never got it working. Still can’t get it working because it won’t load updates and honestly is just a terribly poor software platform. Get ready for a language barrier when you try Proform customer service because it’s outsourced to a different country and if they don’t understand you they just hang up.

The treadmill works great. I wish I had know. About the speed limitations on the decline, but it’s still worth the purchase. I have to confirm to use the treadmill in manual mode because I will not have an iFit subscription.

I have never left a review on any products before but felt so strongly about this that I wanted to inform others to avoid all iFIT subsidiary equipment (NordicTrack, ProForm, Freemotion, Matrix, Sweat, and Weider). We bought this treadmill January 2022 and it was fine for the first 12 months until the motor started stopping after about 10 minutes of use. We contacted iFIT/Proform and they informed us (after hours of chat and phone calls) that it was no longer under warranty as it was 12 months and 2 weeks since we bought the machine. (Although it says 2 years on the site not 1 year) They offered to send out a technician for $175 to check it out. We paid and they processed our money but never contacted us to schedule. After 5 days, we contacted them again and they said they would reach out shortly. Another 5 days later they still had not reached out and we requested our money back. We had a third party treadmill repairman come check it out and he informed us of the poor quality of the ProForm brand as well as the class action lawsuit against them for pushing software updates that crashed the hardware. He suggested against repairing it as the life of the treadmill would likely not be much longer with ProForm's track record. We were still able to walk on the treadmill under 3mph without the motor shutting off but low and behold a software update came and now the machine is completely inoperable as the class action suit as well as the repairman had informed us would happen. We're now having to join the suit to attempt to recoup any of the $1500+ that we sunk into this product. At this point, I'd gladly accept if someone offered to just carry this giant paperweight away. Please take my advice and don't purchase this product.

I bought this treadmill in January of 2022. On a morning run in December 2022 - my treadmill bill ripped along a seam. I contact ProForm - and as of right now it has been 6 weeks and they have not reached back out. I went to replace the belt myself, and found that the entire treadmill deck was cracked. Less than 10 months of use, approximately 300 miles on the treadmill and the deck cracked. I am a 200 lb male, so I am not small by any means; but this is very poor quality, followed by very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I was looking for a treadmill, my mom and I could both use. This ProForm Pro 2000 was exactly what we needed. It has pockets to store your essentials, 2 sets of handles, incline, easy to set your pace or go along with an iFit trainer, bluetooth, a built in fan. My Mom is 79 and she sets her pace and away she goes. Easy to use. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I have had this for 2 years now. Works great. Love the active pulse training and iFit workouts. The auto and manual adjustments to incline and speed are a real game changer. We have had to contact support a few times for parts and service and they have always been easy to contact, and quick to help. We are in Alaska and needed a way to stay active without leaving the house or when we're unable to workout outside. Registering the product is easy I would just recommend buy the belt lubricant, arm HR monitor and extended warranty.

I am so glad I decided to try this treadmill out. I do not have much space in my home so I have turned my storage room into a workout storage area. While this treadmill is large and takes up room while being used it does a great job of folding up and using very little space when not in use. I absolutely love the fan that is built in to give you the perfect breeze while working out. The treadmill also comes with one free year of IFIT which is a personal trainer workout program where you can work out while looking at beautiful scenery and following along with a professional. I love this item, it even has blue tooth to listen to music or shows while you work out. I feel so much more accomplished and happy with myself when I force myself to get up and exercise rather than sitting around all day. I am very happy with this product. I was given this product at a discounted rate for my honest unbiased opinion.

As an individual person doing this myself, I found it very structured to put together. It came on a HUGE pallet so be ready to expect that! It also does not fit through a 30" in doorway so I had some struggles bringing it inside as I set it up in my garage. Now you know! Everything was labeled and marked and clearly explained. It is exceptionally heavy even in pieces so I had to do this myself. I used sawhorses to hold things up as I needed it. The pieces are logical together. There is an app to help you with it but honestly I just watched a video and it aided me well. The treadmill itself is very intuitive. I did not have to read any manuals about the iFit or the interface (its an android tablet). It grades up and down with minimal noise, and the iFit subscription is like the big P without all the elitism. I find it enjoyable and immersive with all the accoutrements I need. My favorite part is how easy it folds up and down. You even have a handy dandy foot emblem to tell you where to press so it can fold down and it has an easy slow path down. Great if you have to keep it folded up in a smaller room. I also appreciate how it has the ability to adjust the sound of your music as well as the background of the ifit walk throughs. I am using this treadmill to drop the pandemic weight and preparing to run a half marathon. This is my second time purchasing a ProForm Treadmill. Pros: Super comfortable to run on Feels high quality iFit is an amazing product The screen looks great My ipad fits comfortably on it if I want to watch something Cons: The screen will not turn off after you are done. There is no option to simply turn it off when you are done, you must unplug the treadmill or flip the power switch to the off position. I worry that the power switch will break over time with daily use. This would be 5 stars if not for the tech issue listed above.

2 months ago I had weight loss surgery. A gastric sleeve to be exact. When I choose to have this procedure done, it In order to get healthy to experience life with my children, I knew a lifestyle change was also required. I live in southeast Texas and it is very hot and humid here and working out outside just isn’t an appealing option. That is why I choose to invest in some Great indoor equipment. I initially bought cheaper equipment to save some money but I decided to splurge and get something worth every penny and this treadmill is just that! It comes with 1 year of iFit which is a trainer program that keeps you motivated and teaches you how to work out properly! This machine truly is amazing and I get to workout in the comfort of my AC! There are trails and different scenery to choose from! Multiple speeds and inclined! A built in fan!!! If you have the money to invest in your health give this bad boy a shot! I revived discounted product for my honest feedback.

Okay treadmill, definitely an upgrade from the proform 965 ct. It was nice and quiet the first week or two, but Already making squeaky sounds and I’ve only had the treadmill for 3 weeks total. I had got this treadmill with a warranty, they refused to fix the treadmill I had which I called to ask for service because it was making these squeaky sounds so instead of trying to fix it or check it out they sent me this one with my warranty. So I’m not really pleased at all. Kind of annoyed and probably going to call and have someone look at it. It was a hard process for to take apart the old treadmill and bring it up to my garage and then take down the new treadmill and install It.

Really great for the price. ifit membership isn’t necessary I’ve been using it just fine without. My only complaint is that it always tells me there’s an update but the update fails each time I try to download it.

Sturdy and well made treadmill. Setup was relatively straight forward but did require 2 people. Very easy to create an iFit account and add the year of membership. The fact that the treadmill has a screen in it was a bonus for me, and I have enjoyed all the workouts that I’ve completed so far. I love the live workouts, and challenges. Love the Smart Adjust that tailors workout to your skill. Overall, I am completely thrilled with this machine and I highly recommend purchasing. You won’t be disappointed! When researching for a home treadmill the features that were important to me were that it is foldable, has the ability to use your own music or a pre-programmed program, stability and price. Love the quick speed controls so you can adjust speed more than 0.1mph with one touch. Folds up easily and securely. Comes with 1 year membership to IFIT, a program that helps train you and takes control of treadmill so you don't have to push any buttons. The speaker sounds GREAT and it loud enough to play music while you do other workouts too! If you want to use the bluetooth function to listen to music, you do need a iFit account to create a playlist. Instructions were easy to follow. All parts and tools clearly labeled and included. Easy assembly with 2 people. The auto incline feature is nice and steady. The cool down feature is a great bonus. Enjoying using the iFit program, especially the challenges! After a bit of research I decided on the ProForm 2000 and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The treadmill is solid and checks all the boxes—fan, smooth running, good size screen, Bluetooth connectivity and plenty of workouts with a free year of iFit. Set up was not complicated and the hydraulic lift is an improvement from my old “push-up and latch.” I particularly love how the treadmill adjusts to the work-out you select, you don’t have to worry about incline or speed; iFit does it for you and tailors to your fitness goals. If you chose not to listen to the trainer, you can easily pair your phone via Bluetooth and listen to your favorite music. The speakers have a great sound quality and volume.
