IT Sales Manager (offline)

The Sales Associate / Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. You will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect interaction, aiming to establish and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

β€” Identify, prospect, educate, and qualify new potential customers to generate sales-ready appointments and opportunities.

β€” Engage with inbound and outbound leads, building strong relationships, and turning opportunities into successful sales.

β€” Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and professional communication flow.

β€” Utilize excellent communication skills to present, influence, and nurture leads effectively both via call and email.

β€” Actively participate in the refinement of our Sales processes, offering insights, solutions, and recommendations.

β€” Apply a creative problem-solving approach, coupled with robust analytical skills to identify and address customer needs and challenges.

 

Required Qualifications:

β€” The ability to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST) is required for consistent coverage of US time zones for calls and interactions.

β€” Proven experience in sales, specifically in the IT sector (selling services).

β€” Experience selling to startups is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with the US market.

β€” Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

β€” Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying customer needs and crafting tailored solutions.
