Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..

We were very pleased with all of the exceptional attention we received from the friendly & accommodating staff.
We had to move from our original room due to difficulty in walking long distances to the lobby. The staff gave us an excellent room to move into, closer to the entertainment, the restaurant & the lobby.
We were very satisfied.

Few of the staffs were brillaint and so happy, i really want to appreciate windjammer executive team to keep staff happy, so that they can take care of us. Check in was great and front desk staff were always nice. Breakfast was amazing, and the sweet lady that made my omelets was so sweet. Garden view room was amazing, but I loved it the most because I could get away from the loud, nonstop club music. Cleanliness was excellent and the water pressure in the bathroom shower was amazing!

Best part of the island!
Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Try the local food and enjoy the island. Make sure you have change in usd because money exchange might be difficult or you will have a bad exchange rate. Gros Islet and Rodney Bay both have a lot of good breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Get a dataplan for your phone, i had a Digicell simcard.

Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home .
Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home . Angelika made me felt very welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. IE taking me around when needed and if she couldn’t put me on to the people or person who could . Mark also gave me the sense that there was no task you could not ask of him . Didn’t need to because the place and my stay was perfect
Amazing hotel to stay at from start to finish I did not want to leave! Every single staff member we encountered were so friendly and efficient from reception to the bar, restaurant & bakery. We stayed for a week and a half at harbor club and the only disappointing part was having to check out!! I will definitely be returning when I travel to St Lucia again in the future. Stunning stunning hotel!
I don't understand why this resort is scored good. It is excellent in my view. I would happily visit every year. Buffet selection AMAZING. Staff AMAZING. Activities well thought through.
I have visited all inclusive resorts across different countries but Royalton St Lucia tops my list right now. I literally did not want my time at the resort to end.
Keep doing what you do.
Julian is an excellent host that will make you feel like home! The place is nice and comfortable, perfect for a stay in Gros Islet. It's a simple place, but you will find everything you can need for a nice stay. Perfect for couples or solo travelers and easy to get by bus! From the place, it's easy to get to the beach, supermarket or Pigeon Island just walking for a while!
Windjammer is an absolutely gorgeous villa-style hotel on a picturesque beach. The staff are incredible and the facilities are great. We mentioned it was our honeymoon and received a beautiful congratulations decoration on the bed
Quite geriatric, so recommended more for families and older holidaymakers. If you’re looking for party central, not so much
Amazing boutique owned by locals. Most resorts on the island are owned by foreign companies which means very little of the $ stays on the island (they don’t pay taxes). this hotel is so spacious and open and we loved the location (near the beach). the people here were lovely and always eager to help! highly recommend this experience over a resort
This was my first time to St. Lucia and I enjoyed the country very much. The hotel was very nicely laid out. Not far to walk from one end to the next. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Service was very efficient and if you had an issue they addressed it promptly. The buffet offered the most choice and was fresh daily. Pools were clean.
Joycelyn was a fantastic host, helped us get around and took us out to local places for the first couple of nights as we was new to St Lucia. She made us good meal and she even made me a lovely ginger tea when I was feeling a bit sick. She's a great laugh and so down to Earth. We had fun here and made some good memories. Thanks Joyce x
Bona made us feel right at home, his hospitality was amazing. Thanks for taking us to Gros Islet Street Friday night street party, its been a while we had so much fun.
If you're looking for a home away from home I definitely recommend East Caribbean Lodging Safe, Spacious and comfortable 👌🏾.
We liked how convenient it was for us to book a hotel short notice when we were not happy with our previous reservation. The beach was nice and not congested. The Hideaway pools were not crowded and easily accessible. Most of the staff were very nice and pleasant.
The property at the Harbor club was amazing the staff was a lot of fun they were very helpful at times and a times and at times they weren’t. I would go back here due to the location of the hotel it’s Close to Rodney Bay and the view is amazing.
Based on the fact that my stay this time was only overnight, the time spent in the hotel was minimal. However, the suite where i stayed was exceptional and very comfortable. Breakfast was as usual, great!
This is a very beautiful hotel. Fantastic art work and tasteful interior design everywhere.Staff was very helful and spa was an extraordinary experience. Spotless celan. we will remember our stay
Everything! The hosts were amazing! They run a beautiful hotel and are super accommodating. I will definitely come back! If you want a beautiful, dream like place this is it.
