This proposal includes two sections. The first section includes introductory questions about the project, some of which are drawn from the Global RCE Network project reporting form (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Pari2tDmysXK0QSxRZlKHcV4c1Sq6xUz/view?usp=sharing) . All Action Groups will have to report on their projects to the Global network once they’re complete, so we wanted to set you up to be able to easily do that reporting. The second section includes questions specifically related to RCE Greater Atlanta, which will help you understand and follow our project guidelines to ensure that your project will take advantage of network resources and benefit the network as a whole. All questions in both sections are required. If you can’t yet answer a question, just write TBD or explain the challenges you are having and someone from the Leadership Circle may be able to help you.

A project can be anything from a single activity - like a webinar or one-day symposium - to a longer-term or ongoing activity, like a leadership development program, ongoing service project in a community, or conversation series. For each project they do, Action Groups should decide whether they should submit a Project Proposal to the RCE Leadership Circle. A long-term or ongoing project should definitely be submitted. For single events, we encourage Action Groups to submit a proposal, to help them plan; ensure that the work is maximizing the network’s assets; and to make it easy to report on the project to the Global RCE Network. But the decision is ultimately up to the Action Group.
