Rationale: Virginia Public Schools are required to submit a health plan for mitigation of Coronavirus risks for reopening. The attached draft health plan meets the requirements for Phase II opening. If and when Virginia moves into Phase III or Phase III+, some adjustments will be made. This plan will be reviewed by our Risk Management Firm with components reviewed by the Lord Fairfax Health District.
