Marjorie's Story
Many of you have been following our Canterbury shop window this year. Our team won the local competition with their Christmas post office design. The father of one of our team found a letter to Santa from 1898 in an Oxfam bookshop and this inspired the theme. Marjorie's letter asks Santa for ducks and chickens to play with and a ribbon for her cat Kittikins.

And then everyone wanted to know about Marjorie! We were contacted by so many interested people, including her relatives and family members who have visited the shop to connect with Marjorie's story. Well done to the Canterbury team!

And did you spot Whirligig owner Peter Allinson as a judge on this year's Kirstie's Homemade Christmas? Click on the link to see the show - great fun to film and a lovely group of crafters enjoying Christmas.
