We have several events for you this week where you can experience true meditation and enjoy a collective meditation with our Sydney meditation group.


Meditation for mental wellbeing

Tuesday 16th October, 2018

World Mental Health Day is observed in October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues and mobilising efforts in support of better mental wellbeing. To support this initiative, you are invited to a meditation class to learn how research in Australia and overseas is indicating that Sahaja Yoga meditation can improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Discover the peace of true meditation

Saturday 20th October, 2018

With guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation plus tips on how to stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home. Event includes live meditation music to awaken and enlighten the spirit within.

Meditation with the Sydney Sahaja Yoga collective

Sunday 21st October, 2018

Experience the benefits of meditating with a large group of Sahaja Yogis. Through individual and collective meditation, we can develop our joy and give it to others.  As well as guided meditations, there will be opportunities to learn more about Sahaja Yoga, the chakras and how to deepen your meditative experience. There will also be a talk by Shri Mataji and live music. After the meeting, stay for lunch and meet regular meditators.
