Delivery: Fair Family Fun Packs can be picked up at the station, located at 101 East Water Street, Elmira, NY 14901 during our business hours Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

If you’ve ordered a Fair Family Fun Pack and you would like to have it mailed out, you must email us here and provide the name, number and address that you placed the order with. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tickets to arrive.
All orders must be picked up at the station no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, August 30 and no order will be shipped later than Monday, August 26th.
