LPU Alumni are ubiquitous and are shining across the world. Following their diverse pursuits, many of them have made successful careers and achieved great heights. Your Alma mater is proud of your achievements and consider you as our Ambassador! 

LPU has initiated Alumni Awards for the former students of Distance and Online Education to recognize your achievement(s) and to honor you for your persistent efforts for doing brilliantly in your respective fields. For the same every  alumna/alumnus is invited to nominate herself/himself or her/his fellow alumni for Alumni Awards 2024.  

Lovely Professional University is pleased to declare Nominations Open for Alumni Awards for the year 2024! The awards will be distributed on the occasion of Alumni Homecoming Event scheduled tentatively on Saturday, 04th May 2024.

Ways to Nominate

a) Self-Nomination

b) Nomination for Fellow Alumni

• The nomination may also be made by peer Alumni / Staff / faculty members.
• All nominations must be made after reading all the alumni award categories in details.
• The nominator must provide a relevant proof(s) validating the nomination along with describing her/his qualities and contributions that make the nominee a worthy recipient of an award.
• The closing date for nomination is 31st March 2024
• Nominations will be judged on the basis of the criteria in the award description and the supportive evidence contained in the Nomination Form.
• A person may nominate more than one alumnus(a) but in the different award categories.
• Information provided in the nomination form may be used for publicity purposes, including social media, alumni portal, LPU website.

Judging criteria

All eligible applications will be assessed on the extent to which they meet the following four criteria:

1. IMPACT: Evidence of tangible impact, and scale of impact, of your work (inspired by your LPU education) in your profession/community/society.
2. LPU INFLUENCE: Evidence of how your LPU education has played a key influence in your success and impact.
3. MEDIA TRACTION: Extent to which your success story is likely to resonate with local/regional/national media in your country of entry, or beyond (global media).
4. POTENTIAL TO INFLUENCE AND INSPIRE: Extent to which (including capacity and willingness) you and your story are likely to influence and inspire the next generation of prospective internationally mobile students in your country of entry to choose the LPU as their study destination.

• Category A : National (An Alumnus(a) of national origin working nationally)
• Category B : International (An Alumnus(a) of national origin working internationally)
• Category C : International (An international Alumnus(a) working internationally)
